Orders & Questions
Our offices are open from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please call during these hours for questions or to place orders. Alternately, you are welcome to order online or email us.
We produce bows domestically from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Calls to Holiday Manufacturing are answered by a live person. If our office is closed or we are handling other calls, please leave a message or choose to be forwarded to our answering service which takes phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These messages are forwarded immediately to someone on call for that day. If your question is not of an urgent nature we will respond to you as soon as possible during normal business hours. This is usually within 1-2 business hours. On weekend days we do our best to return phone calls and respond to requests.
We ship every business day, Monday through Friday except on shipping holidays. While we make every effort to ship your order either immediately or as scheduled, we cannot guarantee delivery dates nor can we guarantee delivery by the shipping companies. If a delivery is later than you anticipate, your sole recourse is that described under the Returns & Exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.
For FedEx and UPS orders placed before 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time we can typically ship that day. Otherwise shipping should occur the following business day.
For US Postal Service (Express Mail) orders placed before 9 a.m. Eastern Time we can typically ship that day. Otherwise shipping should occur the following business day. For urgent orders please call us so that we can make arrangements for you.
Receiving of shipments should be scheduled but is normally available from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
