Returns and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

A. Exchanges may be made for any reason within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns after 5 days of delivery will be made in our sole discretion. Exchanges for items of lesser value will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

B. To exchange a product, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to receive an RMA#. The buyer must write the RMA# on the box(es). Items without an RMA# as stated will be REJECTED.

C. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item to us. The item must be returned in the same condition that it left us. If the item is lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment, buyer is responsible for filing all shipping claims with the shipping company and no exchange by us will be made.

D. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will verify the condition of the items. If the item is not able to be verified, the buyer will be responsible for having the item collected from our facility at their expense within 10 days of notification. If not collected within that period, the item will be disposed of at our discretion.

E. Immediately or as soon as possible, we will ship (at your expense) the requested replacement.

F. The exchanged item will have the same refund warranty as stated below in the REFUNDS section.

REFUNDS

A. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will REFUND the purchase price of the item minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

B. To receive the refund, the item must be returned to us within 5 days of the delivery date of the item!

C. To receive a refund, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to receive an RMA#. The buyer must write the RMA# on the box(es). Items without an RMA# as stated will be REJECTED.

D. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. The item must be returned in the same condition that it left our facility. F. Upon verification, we will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days of processing via the same method which payment was originally made.
